Shipping Policy
At Indomie, we're committed to delivering your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping processes, including processing times, shipping methods, and potential delays.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please Note:
- Orders placed after 10 PM PST on a business day, or anytime on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable shipping services across all 50 United States.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within a few hours.
To track your order's journey, simply use the tracking number provided directly on the courier's website.
4. Holiday and Long Weekend Delays
Please be aware that if your order is placed right before or very close to a national holiday or a long weekend, you may experience shipping delays. Our shipping carriers and fulfillment centers observe these holidays, which can extend delivery times beyond our usual estimates. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these periods.
5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Returns
Damages:
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately by filling out our Customer Support Form with your order number and photos of the item's damaged condition. We address damages on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Lost Packages:
If your order tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, or with your building management.
- Contact the shipping courier directly with your tracking number.
- If you're still unable to locate your package after one business day from the "delivered" scan, please contact us by filling out our Customer Support Form here. We will initiate a trace with the carrier on your behalf.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for it. We won’t return or refund such orders.
