  • Provide Proof – Upload clear photos or a video showing the issue, along with your order details or proof of non-delivery, and images of the carton packaging that has the shipping label attached.
  • Review & Approval – Our team will review your request and notify you within 7 business days regarding the outcome.


Refund Method

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
